Refund Policy
At RISING INDIA INSTITUTE FOR SKILL & EMPLOYMENT, we are committed to providing high-quality English communication training with a focus on job readiness. We aim to ensure that every enrolled learner benefits from our programs. However, since the service involves considerable human effort and live learning engagement, we have a strict refund policy.
1. General Policy
No refunds shall be provided once the course access has been granted, demo classes have been attended, or the student has started receiving learning materials.
By enrolling in any program, the student acknowledges full understanding of this policy and agrees to abide by it.
2. Conditional Refunds
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
- If BeFluent fails to start the course after confirmed enrollment due to internal scheduling or staffing reasons.
- If we officially cancel the course or are unable to deliver promised core services (e.g., promised 1-on-1 sessions, live faculty, or placement assistance).
- If a payment was made multiple times due to technical error (duplicate transaction).
3. Refund Process
To request a refund (only in eligible cases above), the student must:
- Send an email to hello@befluent.com within 7 days of the issue
- Provide valid transaction details and a written explanation
- Receive written approval from the BeFluent accounts/legal team
4. Processing Timeline
Once the refund is approved, it will take up to 7 business days for the amount to credited in your bank account or original mode of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- No refund will be given if a student voluntarily leaves or discontinues the course after enrollment.
- No refund for dissatisfaction due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of time, loss of interest, misunderstanding course scope).
- Refunds are not applicable on discounted, promotional, or limited-time offer courses.
6. Legal Framework (India)
This policy complies with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) regarding service delivery and refund eligibility. BeFluent, as a service provider, holds the right to set fair policies under Section 2(47) of the Act. Our terms shall be governed by Indian laws and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India.
7. Hidden Clause (Disclaimer)
Refunds are discouraged to prevent misuse. Most refund requests are reviewed and rejected unless BeFluent has not fulfilled its promises from our side. The management holds final discretion to approve or deny a refund request in borderline cases. By enrolling, you waive off rights to general refund claims.
